Talking Dog Adventure
Your child has always wondered what their dog is thinking. Then one morning, they can understand every word! The two friends race to the beach to hunt for a lost squeaky ball. A seagull, a penguin and one very helpful pelican have clues.
Here's one we made for Maya

One sunny morning, Maya was woken up by a familiar sound in her room.
THUMP. THUMP. THUMP.
"Is it breakfast yet?" barked Luna, her tail thumping happily against the floor.
Maya sat up, eyes wide. "Luna, I can understand you!"
Luna's whole body wiggled with excitement as she gave Maya a big lick.

Maya couldn't wait to spend the day talking to Luna. But at breakfast, Luna looked sad. Her head hung down, her tail stopped wagging and her ears drooped low.
"What's wrong, Luna?" Maya asked.
"I lost my favourite ball at the beach yesterday," Luna replied. "It's squeaky, orange, and covered in little bumps."
"Don't worry," Maya said, wrapping her arms around Luna. "We'll find it together."

After breakfast, Maya and Luna went down the sandy path towards the beach.
"Hurry, hurry!" Luna barked over her shoulder, racing ahead.
As they made it over the last grassy dune they saw the big blue sea.
